  20. It seems that something was wrong with the downloadable K-95 Registry Tool
  21. file, which was supposed to be a self-extracting archive:

  25. It wouldn't self-extract.  I'm not sure why.  If you already downloaded
  26. it, and if you have an Unzip program on your PC, you should be able to
  27. simply unzip it:

  31. Meanwhile, I've uploaded a new copy of wiregtl.exe that does self-extract.
